I got this drive specifically for the anti-shock capabilities, this drive feels solid and so far has proven dependable. I've already managed to drop it from a small height and no issues. Of course, I don't recommend testing it like this, but it's nice to know my clumsiness won't kill this drive as quickly.
The size and the price was fantastic and I was able to save images from two other drives that had become troublesome I got this drive specifically for the anti-shock capabilities, this drive feels solid and so far has proven dependable. as expected. Don't know about how effective the shock cushioning is but must be better than nothing, more insurance against drops getting this model.

Great little drive. Robust and sturdy. No issues with data loss or corruption; been using it and other models like it from Transcend for the past 5 years. Very happy with its performance.
