Good purchase
Works as expected, good to have just in case.
Simple to use and a good price point
We bought this for our covid preparedness pack and it is very simple to use. It came with a nice wee case and batteries so was ready to go straight out of the box. I cannot comment on the full accuracy of this but it appears to work as it should. Similar products at chemist were a lot more expensive so this was a great buy for the price.
Works & Good Instructions
Got it in case someone in our house gets a bad dose of Covid. Came with comprehensive instructions and seems to work O.K. Would feel more confident if I knew there was some sort of certification for it that is applicable to NZ.

Great Price - Works as Imagined
With the world still trying to cope with Covid and us doing our best to be prepared in case of going into isolation. Buying our own oximeter was a bit of an impulse, doomsday prepper type of purchase. With some places charging almost as much as double as PB Tech - it was a great deal. Nicely packaged with a lanyard, its own carry case and easy to use. Other websites advertised them cheaper but didn't have any available. You can rely on PB Tech to provide you with a good deal, reliable delivery and well thought out comms.

Reassurance
Our large extended family recently purchased four HEARTSURE A320 Portable Pulse Oximeters to share. They are extremely easy to operate, lightweight (I have one attached to my handbag) and they provide accurate and prompt readings. Supplied instructions are clear, easy to follow and very informative. We live in a rural area in Queensland and have been using them for around a month now. Having HEARTSURE A320 Portable Pulse Oximeters gives us all peace of mind.-Wouldn't be without one!

Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the Pulse Oximeter on
Open the clamp, then place one finger into rubber hole of the Pulse Oximeter (it is best to put the finger as far in as possible) with nail surface upward, then release the clamp to shut
The data may take a few seconds to appear while a reading is obtained

Warnings

- Prolonged use or depending on the patient's condition may require changing the sensor site periodically. Change sensor site and check skin integrity, circulatory status and correct alignment at least every 2 hours
- SpO2 measurements may be adversely affected in the presence of high ambient light. Shield the sensor area if necessary
- The following will cause interference to the testing accuracy of the Pulse Oximeter:
1. High-frequency electrosurgical equipment
2. Placement of the sensor on an extremity with a blood pressure cuff, arterial catheter, or intravascular line
3. Patients with hypotension, severe vasoconstriction, severe anaemia or hypothermia
4. The patient is in cardiac arrest or is in shock
5. Fingernail polish or false fingernails may cause inaccurate SpO2 readings
- Keep out of reach of children. Contains small parts that may cause a choking hazard if swallowed
- The device cannot be used in children less than 1 year old as the result may not be accurate
- Do not use a mobile phone or other devices that emit electromagnetic fields, near the unit. This may result in incorrect operation of the unit
- Do not use this monitor in areas containing high frequency (HF) surgical equipment, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment, computerized tomography (CT) scanners or in a flammable atmosphere
- Follow the battery instructions carefully
