As long as you use the app, these scales tell you a whole lot about your body, from body fat % to muscle mass and a bunch of other stats. The app connection is easy and it's easy to use. It measures what it says it will quickly and easily.
But there is no way to sync the data to anywhere else: Google fit etc, or to export the data. Amazing product. Literally gives you details on everything, tells you what you need to change or need to be aware of if something is wrong with your body. I mainly bought it for measuring body fat percentage and weight, and I can’t complain at all. Obviously I don’t think it will be 100% accurate for the body fat part because there are a lot of other factors that go into body fat percentage that a smart scale just can’t measure, but it seems pretty accurate. 5/5 Amazing product. Then comes this little beauty. Just $50 bucks and does everything the expensive brands can do. Almost the price for an “dumb” scale. Accuracy seems fine and honestly you get the same reading from scales that are four times this price. BMI, body fat, heart rate and weight—syncs to apple health so smoothly. Seriously shocked how good it is.

Do it. Buy it.

For the price of the scale, you are getting a lot of invaluable information to help track your BMI, fat/muscle content, water in your body, and much more on your phone. You just need to download the Xiaomi app and link it to your phone using Bluetooth. As for the scale itself, it will measure and display your weight, fat content and heart rate. The bluetooth way of providing info between the app on the phone and the weighing is very compatible, you don't need to open the application every time, at the same time the data is transferred to the phone (it has an accuracy of over 95%, it gave an error when weighing several times, but after calibration etc. it's fine. Really like this, and especially like that it works with an app. It’s easy to track, I find the functions on the app help me to navigate progress and changes easily. For the price, I’d highly recommend this.
