Irregular Heartbeat Detection
An irregular heartbeat is a heartbeat rhythm that varies by more than 25% from the average heartbeat rhythm detected while the unit is measuring blood pressure.
1. If such an irregular rhythm is detected more than twice during measurement, the irregular heartbeat symbol appears on the display with the measurement result.
2. If the irregular heartbeats cause the measurement to be invalid, no result is shown.
3. If the irregular heartbeat symbol is shown after you have taken a measurement, repeat the measurement.
4. If the symbol continues to appear, we recommend you to consult your healthcare professional.

Avoid bathing, drinking alcohol/caffeine, smoking, exercising and eating for 30 minutes before taking a measurement
Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking the measurement
If using the Bluetooth® function you will need to SYNC the device to your smartphone
Sit upright on a chair with your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor, with your back and arm being supported
Remove tight-fitting clothing from your arm. Do not roll up a tight sleeve. Do not place the arm cuff over thick clothes
Wrap the arm cuff firmly in place around the left upper arm. Please see instruction manual if needing to use the right arm.
Positioning the monitor with the START/STOP button towards the body makes it easier to use the device
The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above your elbow
Rest your arm on a table so that the arm cuff is at the same level as your heart
Ensure solid connection of the airplug and cuff to main unit
Ensure you remain still and do not talk during the measurement
Press the START/STOP button
The cuff will inflate and a result will display on the screen (approx. 30-60 secs)
The reading will be automatically saved in the memory

Excellent for one person
Easy to use and can record morning and night. However only suitable for one person or the statistics get messed up.
Professional BP Monitor
This device is perhaps unique in the length of the warranty provided by the Manufacturer - 6 years. This reflects the quality of the device and commitment of OMRON to provide a quality instrument that will perform to specification over a long period of time. For a health parameter such as Blood Pressure it is essential to use a device that produces consistent readings month after month.

A useful tool
It is quite hard to read the data while the device was on my arm although the blood pressure data was easily visualised through the app on my iPhone. One battery moved out of place so initially it did not work. However the actually working of the device was straightforward and easy to use.

Great idea but has some problems
I bought this having owned a more basic omron BPM I wanted one to automate the process into apple health. The cuff is easy to use however the connection with my iphone is problematic disconnecting every other day and giving an error message which requires me then to disconnect the device restart my iphone and pair again the device.
So I now have a great looking BPM that doesnt do the one thing it was bought for - automatically transferring data.
I'll give it a couple more weeks but if it continues will likely return it to PB Tech
Easy to use and I think accurate
The pressure measurements appear consistent with the hospital monitoring I was on. The heart rate measure is was also very consistent and similar with Apple Watch. If you place the strap on the bicep and stay still, it provides consistent output and Bluetooth results to the phone App.
No Apple Health connection
This seems to work well and I like that is compact. Main gripe is that the app does not connect with Apple Health. The website says this is only available in the EMEA… not sure why NZ is excluded.

I am satisfied with its performance.
I upgraded from a blood pressure monitor that I had been using for over 10 years to this new product. Compared to the old one, it's lighter and more compact. I no longer need to manually record data as the new blood pressure monitor can automatically transfer the data to my phone.
Fair price for quality product
Product was in stock and easy to set up and use.
Readings are consistent with traditional method and easy to transfer via bluetooth to my phone for a good record to share with doctor.

Good for a single user with the app use, otherwise just read from unit display for two or more users. Works fine straight from box, insert included batteries.
Quite expensive not very accurate
I calibrated this with my Doctor. It wasn't even close
