Sound out these headphones were great and build quality was solid. However after less than 9 months of use the left side would cut in and out. Returned back to store for a full refund. As noted in other reviews, the sound quality is fantastic (I would give the sound quality 4.5 stars). The down side is the weak, low, quality plastic used for holding the speakers to the head band. The mechanism plastic cracks after approximately 2 years or so and eventually falls apart. Really enjoyed owning these other than build quality aspect (I would give build quality 2 stars). This headset is great but the only downfall is how much it hurts the top of my head! I don't have a big head either, it's just the cushion on the top of the headset doesn't do anything to help the discomfort and digging that the headset does.
I had no other issues with this headset but had to buy a different one because I couldn't deal with the pain it caused after an hour of use. Absolutely wonderfull headset for gaming and listening to music. Greatly compatible with all devices(tables, play station, Xbox, switch and PC. As only recently switching to a computer to play games this headset has really helped with the transition and experience. Very optimisable via the Logitech G HUB app. The only downside I found was that plastic head band felt a bit cheap but other than that the mic is really solid and the ear cups are comfortable. Don't get me wrong, they are comfy and the mic works well, but I feel the cable could be a little longer, and the sound sometimes comes across a little muffled compared to my old turtlebeach headset.
I do love the included cable adapters, allowing you to use a USB port or the 2 3.5mm jacks on the motherboard/case, seeing as not all computers use the single 3.5mm jack. These are not half as good as I thought they would be.
I own the Logitech G430 headset and I thought this would be an upgrade, but it most certainly is not.

They are lacking the bass which the G430's have and they hurt the top of your head quite a bit as they apply a lot of pressure (which is kind of expected with a new set of headphones but not to this extent).

Playing games on my laptop is my hobby but at the same time I also have to attend zoom meetings and conferences so I bought this. I have to say that I was blown away by the capability of this thing. Because it doesn't have gaming looks or RGB lighting, I wasn't sure about the product, but I was wrong. This is one hell of a headphone. Couldn’t ask for much more with a headset at this price range. The flip to mute microphone feature is very handy. All round clean and simple design and sound quality is great.
