I purchased the G935 has an upgrade for my G933 which i had for 3 or 4 years and was giving me nothing but trouble constantly unpairing from the dongle and the mic not unmuting.

I've had the G935 for month as of writing this review and can happily say its a great improvement on the model I had and is working perfectly without any of the issues of the G933, simply plug and play. It has improved wireless range, perfect to wear while doing housework. sound quality is fantastic for both music, games, and voice communication programs like discord. The new design cushions are just as comfortable if not more then the old G933.

You'll get 2 years from this and a pretty good 2 years at that. Slightly heavier then the 933s but still super comfortable with good sound and that boom mic. Love it.

So why 2 stars? The 2 year limit. Near to the day the problems begin. My guess is it's all software but it's hard to tell. The mic stops working sporadically. The right or left side won't boot up. Sound gone. Sound at perma 5%. Won't connect to discord. Device not found. The list is ongoing. Reminds me of the Apple stuff where they intentionally messed up older devices to force a new purchase.

And quiet recently it didn't even bother doing a beep to say low battery and just turned off mid game. And some games it takes awhile for it to show up as a headset in game, after it switches off midmatch. I'd say logitech G635 is better, yes it's wired you'll probably tangle the wire in ur chair leg, but it's hassle free

Biggest issue is that logitech are compete idiots with there design choices.

First off the software is compete trash. Was a pain to install it with it complaining about already have a old unsupport version installed. This is on a fresh install of windows 10 which has never seen any other logitech devices or software. Managed to follow a guide to force install the files individually.

Next issue is they dont charge if you have them switched off. And they auto switch off after max setting of 30mins if theres no sound being played. (15min is default)

So first time I charged them when they were on 10% battery left. Came back next day no charge at all since I had switched them off before plugging in.
So look up on google thinking got bad battery and found have to be left on.

Left them on came back after 2 hours. And they had only taken 60% charge because they powered them selfs off after 15mins.
Changed auto power off to 30mins and charged them over night from 5% battery and they only made it to 86% before they must of switched them selfs off again.

To get full charge you have to leave it with a play list stacked up to stop them turning off.

Sound is good, very high quality, and being able to use the software to colour the lights are cool as well as program the buttons is a great feature for listening to music!
