I bought these when on sale and I was still disappointed so… DEF DONT BUY FULL PRICE.
The noise cancelling is often not even noticeable though it does work for muffling engine noise on the bus.
These headphones are fine if you are a casual music listener however, even with the equaliser in play the audio is unbalanced and sounds cheap. The microphone is also unreliable if you’re wanting to use them for Zoom meetings.

Don't buy these. First pair had weird feedback issue when in wireless mode with noise cancelling on - songs were distorted and sounded like they were underwater. Issue wasn't there if noise cancelling was off, or if they were plugged in with noise cancelling on but the whole point of buying them was for the wireless/noise cancelling combo. Returned them and the second pair had the exact same issue. Friends with the same headphones but a couple of years older don't have this issue. Returned second pair too and got a pair of Sonys - much happier! Don't buy these. It's a comfortable wireless headphone with a long-lasting battery that doesn't need recharging for days. Noise cancellation is not as great as I expected it to be though, but absolutely happy with the purchase on sale. I bought these for using with my windows PC on teams meetings. They do not do well with Teams on bluetooth. Luckily they came with a wired connection and they work perfectly wired.

If you want bluetooth headphones for teams these are not for you. If you want headphones for your phone - these work great I bought these for using with my windows PC on teams meetings. The sound quality of these headphones is indisputably great, but it is held back by quite poor Bluetooth support. When using a single device you likely won't have any problems, but as soon as you start to involve multiple devices such as a TV and a phone it starts to fall apart.
If more than one connected devices are active it will often either get stuck on the input of one device (even if there is no sound) or it will stutter constantly. The only solution I have found to this is to turn it off and on again. Sometimes it will refuse to connect entirely or crash and shut down unexpectedly after pairing.

Whenever you make phone calls you must listen to your own voice as it constantly plays it back to you on an android phone, looking online seems to be a common issue with no fix. Honestly wish I'd stayed with Bose and paid the extra Great sound.. But terrible when making phone calls, also doesn't work on PC for phone calls at all.
