Great pair of headphones! When I first received these, I found that when the ANC was turned on, there was a hissing or buzzing noise in the left earcup, which was a bit of a problem for me. I did a bit of research and found out that other people around the world had experienced similar problems with their pairs of this specific model. Apparently sennheiser sometimes mistakenly releases faulty products which I wasn't to happy about. Anyway, so I took my pair to the hamilton PB Tech and showed them my problem. I've had them for about two weeks now and they've been awesome! ANC is great, drowns out most of the noise. I never found the buttons hard to use like other people have said, rather, I've found them really easy and functional to use. Earcup pads were super comfortable as well, and it's not too heavy on the head. Speaker quality is awesome and the smart control app helps adjust that. The microphone quality has been great on phone calls as well. Really happy that it charges via usb-c cable. Charging on these are super quick and so far I've only charged them twice. Bluetooth range with device is awesome as well.

Overall great product. I would really recommend this to you.

My sons set had a large amount of interference so i took them back,
The technician at PB Tech was awesome, tested them and replaced on the spot.
unfortunately the second set was much the same, i figured out after some research it was a firmware issue and was fixed via the Sennheiser app

Disappointed that Sennheiser shipped product like that.

For their price (I got on sale), these are good headphones. I have a smaller sized head so the headphones easily cover my ears completely so is great for passive noise cancelling. Sound quality is good and noise cancelling is average. The battery life is 30hrs so its great to not have to charge them all the time. For their price (I got on sale), these are good headphones. 2nd set of this model we gave bought. (the 1st set still going - these were to replace another make of Bluetooth headphones which weren't as good. Good clean balanced sound, great battery life, easy Bluetooth connection, good range from sound source. Slight hiss in background when there is no music but quite acceptable.
