The sound quality was good but I could not discern any reduction in background noise at all when switching between ANC and normal. I returned them and a fault was confirmed, however the replacements were the same. The companion app was quite frustrating as well. After the second failure I changed to another brand. Everything works perfectly, the charging case, the volume, the app, everything is very good as advertised. But it is quite bulcky and looks akward. It fits and stays in your ear very well, but from a POV from someone else, it looks quite weird. I have been told it looks like a log sticking out of your ear.
But very a great product and does as advertised.

I have had these earphones for about a month and it hasn't been spectacular. The sound is ok but the noise cancelling isn't the greatest. I've regularly dropped one of them while taking them out of the case which is down to the shape and how smooth they are. Regardless which buds you have on the fit in-ear isn't good compared to other earphones I've had. You can do better I have had these earphones for about a month and it hasn't been spectacular. Unless you absolutely NEED noise cancelling true wireless... they're not great.
They can only connect to 1 device at a time, needing the app to switch between devices, sound quality is decent but doesn't amaze anyone with sure's (sb20's are still better), noise cancelling creates an audible distortion, environment audio pass-through has parasitic frequencies added, etc...
If you're getting them at a discount, I'd say decent value, if for full price I wouldn't go for them. Unless you absolutely NEED noise cancelling true wireless... they're not great.

I have a pair of the 550 headphones and dearly love them, so jumped at the chance to get these earbuds on sale. Honestly, the sound disappointed me somewhat, until I decided to purchase the Comply Premium Ear Tips. It did not seem like they were leaking sound with the stock tips, but obviously, they were. I am so happy with these, I was a little nervous to spend this much money but they are so worth it. Amazing sound quality and noise canceling. They connect easily to my devices. I love the active listening feature. Touch features are super easy to navigate, my only issue with them has been my jacket hood touching them will sometimes pause or skip songs. They never fall out of your ears. Sometimes the call quality isn’t great but that probably more to do with windy Wellington than anything. Sure they are not as lower profile as other earphones (Jabra), but function over form. After all if you cant hide it, accentuate it.
