Have been using these headphones for around a month and have been very impressed. They have amazing audio quality with really neat features like instinctive touch commands and automatic pause when removing, which I really like.

The boxing day sale price is amazing! Especially XM4 is the latest Sony XM series headphone. Comparing to other similar level of competitor products such as Bose 700, this price is a must buy.

Nose cancellation is top of class.

Music and sound quality is great, however the bass is slightly overpronounced, which is unusual with the quality of the rest of the unit. This can be fixed with EQ settings, but shouldn't have to be done for a headset in this price range.

Touch controls can be finicky at times, but it's acceptable.

The mic on the unit isn't great for making calls, but acceptable.

Fantastic 3D sound and noise canceling. We had our house reroofed last week so I had these headphones on all day and they did a fantastic job of canceling the loud noise. The headphones come with a free half-year subscription to one of several streaming services so it's been good having that. No cons so far. Fantastic 3D sound and noise canceling. It was easy to set up with help from the Sony website guide, both my phone and my desktop pc (with Bluetooth adapter) connect at the same time!

As a medium/large head with pressure sensitivity, they do give me headaches after a few hours and sweats a little, but not too bad after a few days of wearing them.
No discomfort when I'm wearing glasses.

The active noise canceling is excellent. It cancels the car noise and lawnmowing, except for me chewing crunchy food haha.

- The touch control doesn't always work when I want to change the volume or skip music.
- I want the Google Assistant to be my default when I press and hold the touch control, but that might be my Samsung phone making me use Bixby.
- The calling has some delay, but that might be my Bluetooth adapter or a software program.

I have not used this headphone as my gaming headset. So I do not know about the sound quality and voice chat.
