Microsoft Designer Bluetooth Desktop Keyboard & Mouse Combo

I've had this new keyboard just on a month fitted to a new HP laptop. Connection to the laptop was simple with Bluetooth. It's a little different feel to older keyboards but now 4 weeks later I've got quite used to it. I like its sleek low profile and having a solid raised chassis there's no more folding down of the feet you get from older keyboards. Some of the keys are in a slightly different location so you have to give yourself time to master it. Its about 80% the size of what you'd call a standard 101 keyboard. Good value for the money. I've had the set for a few months and was about to write a rave review, good size, easy to transport, able to set up and pack down really easily - and a great price compared to other similar products and suppliers, all without taking up another USB port.
However as a note to any purchaser - do not 'remove device' in your bluetooth settings as the keyboard may not be able to reconnect. When it's working then it's fine, but he keyboard randomly stops working for no reason at all or gets stuck on one particular letter. Had this Keyboard about a month. It's nice to type on. Its' compact size is a plus, as is freeing up a USB port. Mouse is good but a larger size would be more ergonomic. Occassionally it and the mouse will hang and be unresponsive, no biggy though. The function keys are poorly marked and this can be an annoyance. Also, it's difficult to set up in a Linux system, so don't buy it for that, unless you're proficient using the command terminal! Overall, I find it a good keyboard and am happy with my purchase. Beautiful looking keyboard and mouse. Perfect fit with my laptop. Paired seamlessly with Windows 10. nice feel to the keys, and better travel than I was expecting.

If I was to criticise at all, I would say that the key spacing is a little cramped, which makes typing with my large hands a bit tiring.

Also, the mouse is low profile, which is fine for every day office work, but would be less than ergonomic for long periods of mouse work. Beautiful looking keyboard and mouse.
