Works as it should
Purchased to add more ram to my laptop. Simple plug and play. So far no issues encountered.
Now works a it should
I brought this for our main laptop to make it run a little better for my daughters' gaming. The internet told me this laptop could only take 8gb ram however found a site overseas that said I could but up to 32gb. I went with 16gb as its all i could afford for it and initially after a few days the laptop started crashing to the bluescreen. I removed the ram and confirmed the crashes stopped. reinstalled the RAM and it has worked fine for over 2 weeks. I suspect it wasn't installed correctly or had a dislodged itself somehow so wasn't making a proper connection.

Does what it should - easy install
RAM arrived fast, would have been cheaper from alternative supplier, but I had hoped PB tech would do the install. Unfortunately the RAM was sent directly to me, and they didn't have the laptop in stock that I wanted.

The proof with RAM is how long it lasts... I had some old Crucial SODIMMs years ago that did well. These seem nice and they look stable in terms of temp /voltage etc in the BIOS.
Excellent RAM!!
I bought two of these, for a total of 32 GB of RAM, my laptop now boots instantly and wakes up from sleep instantly and does just about everything instantly. I also upgraded to an SSD with those RAM chips.

I removed my 8GB and put in 2 of these @ 16GB each. My laptop is definitely handling music production and gaming better.
