Like so many others, COVID-19 made the working from home space more vital and therefore needed to be more user friendly for day-to-day use. Being able to mount 2 monitors on strong and flexible arms kept valuable desk "real estate" open for all the other work related stuff. Great Quality and easy to set up. Purchased this to get my 2 27" monitors lifted to get some desk space but the right arm is having trouble staying in place and goes down once in a while. There wouldn't be a problem for smaller screens I guess.. Overall, product is sturdy and well built.
