The quick release VESA plates are handy, the box comes with everything you need, just make sure you keep any of the standoffs that may come with your monitors otherwise you may be unable to mount your monitors depending on how deep the screws need to be at the back.

Solid build does exactly what I need it to do. The one thing I would say is that the cable management in some areas is quiet tight, and might give you issues fitting, like, 3-4 thick cables (think hdmi). Other than that, very nice. The installation might be a little bit challenging at first, dont worry about the arms not going down, it would be the weight of your monitor that dictates that, just adjust the arm's capability of handling the weight of the monitors. Very happy of this purchase and the installation was fun. It's quite heavy but very easy to do. This monitor arm holds up both my 31.5" and my 24" monitors like a dream. It has saved me so much valuable desk space and improves my posture since im no longer looking down at my monitors. If you are on the fence of whether a monitor arm like this is worth it. I would say yes. Though i wouldnt recommend using the provided tools for adjusting the tightness of the arms. They were extremely painful and took alot of force to move a tiny amount. Luckily I could use my step dads tools to make that job easier. I really enjoy how easy I can adjust my 27”screen on these arms. No buttons, levers, or awkward reaching to move the screen, which was important as I use my screen to work at my desk and swivel to face my bed to match movies.
