Actually really like this product. Clamps onto my iPhone with a Fre Lifeproof case no troubles and charges pretty fast. I like the blue circle on the face of it that lights up whenever I turn the car on. It took me abit to work out that there is a sensor on the side also and if I grab my phone to take it out by this sensor, the clamps open out automatically (I originally thought you just had to pull it out, based off a previous review lol).
The mount does come loose after a couple days and I have to keep replacing it but other than that, it’s a pretty neat buy. Actually really like this product. The product looks great. Its so cool to have in my car, the way is opens up to fit my phone and how easy it is to grab my phone off this charger. Problem is, it does not clamp on very well onto the air vent. I drive a Rav4 and my charger have fell off this air vent twice with my phone in it. My phone also has overheated multiple times on this. This is quite a cool charger / holder with the motorized arms.

Works well with opening easily to hold your phone and also opens quickly when waving finger oover infared sensor to open it. If you turn the car off before removing phone, the side arms are spring loaded so you can removed the clamped phone easily.
Marked down 1 star as it does vibrate a bit, weather using the vent attachment (1st attempt) or the fixed mount (2nd attempt) there is a bit of vibration movement transmitted through the ball of the unit.

I'm loving the Xiaomi Mi 20W Fast Wireless car charger - so useful. The only comment I have is the cable that comes with it! it is too short from where modern cars cigarette lighters are positioned so I had to spend an extra $20 to get a longer cable. My unit didn't automatically open the clamps.
Audible fan when unit is turned on. Can be annoying in a quiet interior. In my 08' Lexus IS350 the device's fan is the only thing I hear when ignition is turned on. Small price to pay for keeping the device cool.
Vent grips not the most secure way to attach the unit to your aircon vent as they tend to work themselves loose over time. Wish it had hooks instead but so far the unit has not fallen off the dash.

Good little bit of kit but wish it had some stabilizer feet as some other car chargers in this category have. The unit tends to wobble a bit hanging off the vents.
Otherwise it does a good job of keeping phone charged and the automatic clamps are great.
