It worked fine in the beginning but later it started making weird sounds. I guess the sensor motor is not working.

Also the connection of the charging cable to the car charger became loose after a week.

This witness car charger have great design and performance. It is good. But before you use plz check your car for fit it. Specially Benz hard to fit this product. Holds pretty well in the vent, the phone does get a bit hot when using the heater but not often I have it on or just turn that particular vent off. Does a great job of charging in the car. I love the auto opening grips as it makes it easy to put the phone in one-handed. - A little too small for the S20 Ultra: just manages to hold the phone securely in landscape mode. Automatic opening is an awesome feature and holds my s20 ultra awesome, charging is great for a wireless charger. Holster itself doesn't have great grip on the air vents and works its way out. Nice product. Looks good, charges my samsung effectively and attaches well to various parts of the car. Charging isn't very fast but it's so easy being wireless and with the proximity sensor. Fantastic product with a sturdy design, tried a few of these out there such as the Huawei and other branded ones and this Xiaomi product is the best by far in regards to build strength and ease of use.
Only con would be is that the grip for the air vent can be a little too slippery so a bit of thought has to go into the position so it doesn't sway, that also depends on car layout. At the normal RRP price, this device is too expensive in my opinion. Having said that, it is well designed. The robotic grip makes it really easy for one hand operation and has a wow factor to anyone that hasn't seen it before. Wireless charging works great. Blue light gives cool ambiance color when there's no phone. The cable is USB-C so it is definitely can be used for your non-wireless charging phone. Doesn't pick up charging my iPhone 12 mini every time which is frustrating.

Charge rate is so slow it cannot keep up with the charge if you are using maps and in fact still go down in %
