The stand works well, though I initially had doubts. It does a great job, but only if plugged into a USB wall socket charger plug, it won't work from a USB socket on a PC. Recommend phones that are not Flip Z 3.
As a person who uses Flip Z 3, the phone doesn't actually charge when put on horizontally but closed and vertically still works great. Fast charging is applied and easy to set up. Recommend phones that are not Flip Z 3.

It's a really cool looking stand and works really well with my Pixel 4XL. The only downside it has is that the LED indicator light is really bright, but that can be fixed with a tiny piece of black insulation tape and you can barely notice the tape.
