Been using this mouse since May 2020 and it's great. Got it for a good price and have been able to configure it to meet my gaming requirements.

It fits so well into my hand. I have longer fingers so having a good sized mouse doesn't mean my hand cramps up after a while. Its smooth and satisfying to use. I've had it for about a month and I'm so glad I made this purchase. The long cord can annoy me sometimes but I think once I get a proper desk it'll help out a lot more. It fits so well into my hand. Purchased the Mouse about a Month ago and have used it a lot since.
Build, design, and software are great.
Tracking is fantastic, this is especially surprising since I was always happy with the gaming mouse I had before and I did not expect to be able to feel any difference.
For it's length; which is clearly aimed at users with larger hands; the mouse is quite narrow. Almost a bit too narrow for my liking but as this obviously depends on the size and shape of your hands I would not rate it any worse for it.

Hyper scrolling is completely free and lightning fast but to me it feels very imprecise as it often jumps up a wee bit after you finished scrolling down (or the other way round). If there was half stars I would take half of one away because of this issue.
However while I am rather disappointed in how this feature works you can simply click a mechanical button to changes it to the normal more ratchet like wheel behavior that you know from most other mice.
Gist: If you buy it for the hyper scrolling, try it first. This feature feels very novel at best and sort of dysfunctional to me.If you just want an awesome gaming mouse with normal scrolling, go for it.

ps: Apparently the minor jump at the end of a scroll is well known and some suggest it is imbalance. It might also not be the case for every G502.

I upgraded from the mx518 so a massive upgrade. Used for about two weeks and mainly for FPS. Love the feel of it and the extra buttons and how easy it is to customise what they do. Comes with extra weights which I didn’t feel it needed as was already heavier than the mx518 that I was used to. The scroll wheel freaked me out at first as it wobbles and makes an annoying tapping sound when in free scroll mode. When clicked down its fine. Great mouse. This is my second one, loved the first one but iv'e nearly worn a hole in the left click from lots of use at work.
The shape is perfect for my big hand and its great for my preferred claw style grip.
The extra buttons are in the perfect spot for all sorts of uses

Whats to be said, and excellent all round mouse, perfect size mouse for small to medium hands, weight is excellent, can game for hours and not feel like you have a claw for a hand after. Excellent placed buttons mean you can pvp and feel confident you have control over weapon change. all in all an excellent buy, definally top of my buyers list.
