First Official Use Of Product Since I Brought It, One Of The Controllers Has A Manufacture Fault Where Only Half the D-pad Functions.
PSA: - Make Sure To Test All Inputs When You Purchase Not All Components Are Tested At the Factory
htc vive the company themself are 10/10 to deal with
im on the end of my 2 year warranty had a problem with the lenses, emailed htc vive themself and they fixed the issue in under 2 weeks by sending me a brand new headset free. besides that the only issue ive had was with the cable that they also replaced it free..
pb tec themself couldn't do much but vive fixed it instantly.
also pb tec still hasn't stocked spare cables for the vive pro 2 for a long time, you have to contact vive directly.
