The usb c power is not entirely working (probably depends kn laptop or charger you use).

The vga and hdmi not working, it seems requires some driver to work on windows 10.

Good product if you wanting to make your usb in one place that you just need to plug into your laptop. The lan cable is also a treat, much more reliable than wireless.

Pros: got lot of usb and card reader. Including lan cable.

Great device. Useful for when I'm on the road and want to stream/view content from my iPad Pro to the hotel TV or via a work TV. Only thing I've noticed, the j5create USB-C case gets hot to touch (like a hot bath water). I contacted the manufacture, they advised: "The JCD384 getting warm is normal, however, if it is getting too hot, then, I suggest exchanging it for another one." So, don't worry, it is normal when you are streaming via the JC384, it gets hot! Hope this review helps! Great device. A great docking station with all the ports you need in a clean and slim form factor. I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and the ease of having all my peripherals, and display plugged into a dock running of one cable made docking my laptop so much easier.

I specificly purchased this station for the VGA plug, as it gives that little bit more versatility and backward compatibilty.

Would recommend any of the J5create docking stations as the build quality is great. A great docking station with all the ports you need in a clean and slim form factor. I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and the ease of having all my peripherals, and display plugged into a dock running of one cable made docking my laptop so much easier.

Using the laptop power supply, 45W, means that if you are powering from the mains to the docking station and then your laptop the power arriving at the laptop is only about 37W. This can be fixed by powering to the laptop and then out to the docking station. The down side of this is more things to unplug when you take the laptop off site. Buy a new 65w power supply!!!!
