The charger arrived on time and is a great replacement for my old charger, I absolutely love this and will not hesitate to purchase another one in the near future if this is to break, so far so good and is still in great condition if you treat it carefully like you should with all electronics. In urgent need in lockdown. I placed the order expecting it do be 5-7 days delivery min due to lockdown level 4. This was dispatched first thing the next day and arrived the day after that. Product exactly what I needed and fitted with my current charger. Replacing the bench power supply that was dead. In urgent need in lockdown. I am now on my 4th one of this charger (2 of them stopped working due to cable wearing. Other was stolen.)

No matter how carefully I try to set up and pack down the power supply and cable, the wear causes it to stop conducting after a few months of use. I work in music so I have to transport the charger sometimes 3 or 4 times a day.

Because of the strength of these cable I can only conclude they were not designed for travel or regular set up / pack down.

Would love to buy the same power supply with stronger cables if you guys stocked it.

The charger works but it's very loose in the socket and I keep having to wiggle to get it to charge. I have a E5 series laptop and needed a replacement as the original charger was starting to fray.
