Have been using a couple of these for years, recently got a third.
These are often used in commercial settings and it shows from the product design. They are super easy to install, come with all the mounting hardware and are powered by PoE.
If you are already using UniFi, adding this to your network is as simple as pressing one button in the control software. If you're not already using UniFi, the setup might be more involved and that is the only con I can think of.

We have installed these for many customers installs –  those who want increased coverage, throughput, and decreased latency. We have achieved seamless roaming on dual-channels, and multiple WLANs, and can roam over a large area without dropouts, with good handoffs. PB generally carry a good stock holding as well. I trust Ubiquiti to get the job done - once they are set up they just keep on going. I always seem to have problems setting them up initially with the pc software though.

The control software provides a very complex array of analysers and configurations but makes a lot of assumptions that you know exactly what you are doing. No real help if things don't happen as the guide says it should. A pared-down basic interface would be better for simple installations. (I have a Windows phone so can't use the android or ios app which may do this.) Lost three hours of my life getting it going how I wanted it to.
As an aside - when trying to do a factory reset on this device, holding the reset button down for 5+ seconds as instructed didn't work - it took 20 seconds - and as for the reset button on the PoE, I have never ever gotten one of them to work for me, I have to use the button on the device.
I will keep using Ubiquiti gear as it is a very reliable product (my first Ubiquiti installation was over three years ago and I haven't had to touch it since), but it helps knowing the idiosyncrasies of the setup and software.

I had been getting complaints from my family that "the wifi's not working", and I decided the issue was that the equipment just wasn't coping with the volume of traffic and number of devices.
Wifi coverage is now good for my whole house from this one AP.
Installation was not difficult, the process did involve learning new information about networking but the Ubiquiti website had all the information I needed.
The controller and phone app are useful tools too.

The family have not complained at all since I installed the Unifi AP, and my Ookla speedtest iPhone app tells me that download performance has improved from 38 Mbps to 67 Mbp. I have a VDSL2 broadband plan.
