I have never really ever used one of these before, I have never had a use for one. Until my cheap as Aux FM transmitter's battery stopped keeping its charge. Pretty chunky but then thats because its built like a tank .
I travelled over seas with this for 5 days and it kept my Fold 5 charged up the whole time with it even after gaming and watching movies . I didnt even use my normal charger for my phone while I was away.
It charges incredibly fast too.

Does what it's supposed to do, weighs a bit, could do with something grippy on the outside, I've nearly dropped it a few times because of the weight and smooth cover. It definitely does it’s job and can charge my devices multiple times before it runs out of juice, which is perfect for travelling. It is heavier than my previous power banks but that is due to it’s higher charge capacity.
