Creality Ender-3 V3 KE FDM 3D Printer

Great little printers that are pretty well print after initial installation, there are a few little tweaks one will need to do to get your printing right. If you think they will keep printing fine forever forget it! I was considering going down the Bambu route but decided to get something like this. It's very usable out of the box and requires little setup time, the included white filament printed the pre-sliced benchy really nicely. I'm coming from an overly-modded Ender 3 which doesn't print as reliably as this thing, I haven't printed "that much" with this but it's a lot more click-and-go and really fast to iterate on designs at the speed this thing prints at.

- Rooted & replaced Creality's interface with Mainsail
- Sanded down the spacers so the bed would be "more" level (just over 0.2mm variance at 60C)
- Went straight to OrcaSlicer, default settings were good but will probably tweak these a slight bit

Ive had 2 of these printers running almost non stop for three weeks and in thst time ive had one failed print, and it was definitely my fault. Auto bed levelling and super fast speeds are much desired upgrades over my original Ender 3 Pro.
I had issues with surface quality of my parts, but have resolved this after purchasing the vibration compensation sensor separately.
The frame isn't as sturdy as older models, installing a gantry support should resolve this (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6516352).

Aside from some initial issues, I am very happy with this printer, it should last many years and be a great workhorse. Auto bed levelling and super fast speeds are much desired upgrades over my original Ender 3 Pro.

The Creality Ender-3 V3 KE is a great entry-level FDM 3D printer, especially well-suited for beginners.
It has a user-friendly Creality print slicer and features convenient auto bed leveling.

I started off as a complete noob, had literally never seen a 3D printer in person (other than at the shop) before getting my hands on this. It was easy to setup and get going and more than adequate for anyone wanting to see if this whole "3D printing thing" is for them.

Be warned though *** irrespective of what 3D printer you buy ***, it's a big deep rabbit hole that will consume many many hours of your time but at the same time, it's an awesome and fun hobby to get into. Be prepared to have to learn about 3D filament types (and differences between suppliers) + all the different slicers and modelling tools out there.

This printer is very capable straight out of the box & if you're prepared to invest the time into it, can get really exceptional results over and above what might reasonably be expected at this price point. If you're looking at all the reviews and agonising over "getting the best printer to start with", just get this, you'll be fine, truth is all the all the printers are good now, you just need to commit !

The 3 D printer is fast, delivers good quality printing and can use a range of filaments.
We bought the printer for our 13 year old grandson and he has had no difficulty in using it 24/7.

Surprisingly good for the price.
Setup was easy.
Print quality was better than I was expecting.
Only concern is its a bit wobbly with the 1kg filament at the very top, but you can fix it with a few 3D printed parts. Surprisingly good for the price.
