Edifier R1280T
Speakers were easy to set up and don't take up too much space on my desk. Sound quality is good and delivers clarity and well rounded bass. Volume knob is a bit strange as it can be turned continuously in either direction.
Works for every audio
have used a set for 6 months and will get another set for the laptop. Can play any music from youtube and sounds great .. do not compare this to regular PC speakers. I can use with a skype call along with the logi 920 camera and stereo mics .. and no feedback probs. For most music a sub is not needed for a bookshelf speaker.

the r1280t arrived quickly and intact, came with all the needed cables which made installation a breeze.
Sound clarity and bass was a huge improvement over the budget desktop speakers we were using.

Great sound for it's price!
Excellent soundstage for classical music, but bass is just good enough for hiphop and r&b. Very very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended for desktop speakers!
Excellent speakers
Great quality speakers for the price. I've owned them for six months now - I'm very happy with the sound quality and volume - definitely loud enough for the size. I also like the dual inputs and physical volume and tone control on the speaker. The downside is the remote (which I hardly ever use) - the range doesn't seem great, perhaps fresh batteries might remedy the situation. However, the remote is not required for full operation of the speakers.
Great for the price
Perfect as a rear pair of speakers for PC. A bit lacking in grunt for a front pair. Well put together and look good.
