Bought this and the quality of sound is just as you expect.. but more!! So lovely to hear the sound not distorting at peak volume and not to mention the quality of the bass. This is a fantastic product, great sound we use in in our office. A little music in the back ground seems to be good for staff moral and the office atmosphere. Only writing this review for the sure-to-be unintelligent apes who will scream "FALSE ADVERTISING" because they couldn't find the 3.5mm jack. Its underneath a waterproof flap at the bottom of the device.

Do humanity a favor and learn how to Google. Or maybe just read the manual.

I've only had two speakers in my life, One being one from the warhouse that was $15 but i upgraded myself for my birthday. This is a good gift for someone as a gift. Also sounds very good and if you don't like the sound of the speaker you can change it in the UE Boom App! I love that so much because some songs have to much bass and you can turn it town so you can hear there voice. Overall it's the best speaker I've had so far. It was only around $100-200 when I got it and it was worth every dollor! I will always shop with PBTech for PC Parts and any other things I may buy. :)

Pros:

Water Proof! Up to 30mins (Good for music in the shower.)
Drop Proof! (You can drop it from 1.5m as said on the box but I've droped it from much higher and still works fine.)
Volume (Very loud at max but it you would like louder go with the Megaboom 3. My friend has one)

Cons:
Bluetooth Drop Out (Sometimes the bluetooth drops out. This may just be my phone and is most likely my phone anyone but only happens about 2 times a week.)

Having owned a KEF Muo in the past (stupidly gave it to one of my daughters), I was a little disappointed with this UE speaker, but I'm getting used to it. The sound quality and volume levels are fine for a medium-sized room.
It's superbly built, with enormous volume controls (they're so big I thought they were just decorations at first).
