The 4 USB 3 ports are working as expected, but the 3 USB 2 ports don't work at all, with either USB 2 or 3 devices. Changing the USB source port and even changing computers does not resolve this.
This has been from first receiving the hub. I have had it for about a week.
The individual switches for the USB ports prove to be more annoying than useful. It is difficult to insert a USB device without accidentally turning on or off other USB ports. Overall, not a great design apart from the deal-breaking problem of the USB 2 ports not functioning.

My main complaint with the device is that it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Quite frustrating working with the device when things like my mouse and keyboard operate wirelessly with transmitter plugged into one the the USB ports.

The ports no longer working, disconnected the power source, changed usb port on the PC, swapped the usb devices around but to no avail. I got this hub because it had individual switches for each of the ports, something which i haven't seen in any other hub at this price point. I've had no issues with this hub and works as expected. The USB 2 ports aren't a big disadvantage if you are plugging in a usb keyboard / mouse anyway. Been using it for just under a year now, still going strong. I bought this so I could power my wifi adapter and move it higher so I could have better reception.
I'm really unhappy with it. Sometimes it just does not recognise other USB devices I have plugged in. It works well on my Linux computer so I know it isn't broken but Windows 10 hates it :( I bought this so I could power my wifi adapter and move it higher so I could have better reception.

Cant miss with the buttons. Ive got my Reverb G2 hooked up to this so I can just hit it and on It goes.
This is my 3rd one as the second one I purchased failed. Mainly due to some operator error inserting a device in a hurry and on an angle. Broke input 1. Used it for another 6 months then forgot and inserted a device into one and it shorted the whole hub. PC and gear are fine. Cant miss with the buttons. The first initial device i received was faulty but the RMA team at PB Tech dealt with the return fast and efficiently. There were no hassles and within 5 working days from when I returned the device, I had a new working one. I have used it without issue now for a couple of weeks and its a fantastic product. A great hub with thoughtful design that allows me switching my devices on off easily. I can connect my keyboard, printer to the 2.0 ports and keep the 3.0 ports for faster data transfer. The size of this hub is not too small, and the data cable is very good length to reach my PC under the desk.
