I have a very hard of hearing problem and have difficult in hearing the radio from my bedside clock radio .I phoned you Christchurch branch last Sunday 24th August and spoke to Jason who understood what was required suggested I bring the clock radio in just to make sure /I did that and was really impressed with his service .he ordered the part from Wellington i am still waiting to hear that it has arrive .He also advised that I would need blue tooth headphones
He advised when the part arrives to come in and he would set it all up for me

i was so wrapped with his great service and care for me that I have taken a lot of time to find out how to let the managers know the great service he gave me I really appreciated very much

Please ensure that the Christchurch central manager and the higher ones are fully aware of this young man's ability to look after customers like he did for me I would give him 110 out of a 100
