Click & Collect
*1-hour only applies for products that are in-stock at your chosen store and where there are no payment checks pending, the pick up day is not on a public holiday or during a major sales event.
Click & Collect is available during the opening hours for that specific store (some PB Tech stores open/close a little later than others).
PLEASE NOTE:
- All orders must be placed & paid for online: There is no pay-at-store option available for Click & Collect.
- You'll get a text when it's ready to collect: Please wait for this text message before visiting the store. Orders need to be collected within two weeks of receiving this text message or the order may be cancelled.
- Check store hours: Make sure you check the stores hours before travelling.
- Bring ID with you: Bring a valid New Zealand photographic ID such as a NZ Drivers licence or Passport and your order number to the store.

Can I have someone else pick up my order in store?
Yes. As part of the Click & Collect options you are able to nominate a person to pick up. You will be able to nominate this person during the checkout process. This person must bring a valid Photo ID ie; NZ Drivers License/Passport. You will also need to provide their mobile number so we can notify them once the order is ready for collection.

Please follow our Click & Collect process below for all PB Tech stores. Remember to wait for our SMS message and bring your photo ID and order number to the store.
Step 1: Place your order online
In the checkout, please make sure you include the name and phone number of the person picking up the order. The person picking up the order should bring photo ID such as a Passport or Drivers Licence, and the order number.
Step 2: Wait for our text message
When your order is ready to be picked up we will text the phone number provided by you. Please do not come to the store until you have received the text message from our staff informing you that your order is ready to be collected.
Step 3: Check store hours
Before you travel to the store to collect your order, please check the opening hours of the store which you are picking up your order from. Some PB Tech stores open/close a little later than others.
Step 4: Collect your order in-store from the Pickup counter
Look for the Pickup sign in-store. Products may only be picked up upon presentation of a valid New Zealand photographic ID such as a NZ Drivers Licence or Passport & the order number.
