Tracking a shipment
If you have an online PB Tech account you can track your online orders via the Orders page by clicking on the order you want to track. You will first need to be signed into your PB Tech account. Click on the tracking code link as per the highlighted example below.
If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email from PB Tech with the tracking number and courier information. This email is sent out to everyone when their online order is ready to be shipped.
