Picking up your order
If you can’t wait for delivery of your items. You can choose to pickup from your local PB Tech store. There are no fees and orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours of your order being placed.
Please note: Pickup is only available Monday to Saturday. It is not available on Sunday as we cannot guarantee your order will be ready.
To avoid any delays in picking up your order
To avoid delays, check that your selected store has stock of the item. On the Product page you can see if your selected store has stock available. Learn more about stock availability.
If the branch you are wanting to pick up from doesn't have stock of one or more of the items in your order, it may take 3 working days to transfer the stock to the branch for your order to be fulfilled.
Select the Pickup option in the checkout
During the online checkout process select the “Pick up from PB Tech” option on our Delivery page. Then select which branch you would like to pick up from.
Picking up your goods in store
Please wait until you have received an SMS message from PB Tech before picking up your items from your selected PB Tech store. Products may only be picked up upon presentation of a valid New Zealand photographic ID such as a NZ Drivers licence or Passport & the order number. Please make sure you check store hours.

Can I have someone else pick up my order in store?
Yes. As part of the Pickup Options you are able to nominate a person to pick up. You will be able to nominate this person during the checkout process. This person must bring a valid ID ie; Drivers License/Passport. You will also need to provide their mobile number so we can notify them once their order is ready for collection.
