I used the custom PC build feature of PB Tech to build my daughter's entry-level gaming PC. It arrived assembled and in perfect working order. All parts are working well, and it is beautiful to look at. Happy with outcome and flexibility of the build option to design PC I was looking for. I ordered a NZXT H9 case, with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, a Cooler Master Master Liquid ML360 and a Gigabyte X670 Motherboard. Neatly and well together. I was a little bit confused when I saw they were shipping two packages, but one of the packages were the boxes of the components that were placed in the case and all the extra bits pieces that weren't required. Several years ago I had ordered a custom machine somewhere else and didn't get all the extra bits and pieces, so this was very much appreciated. If there was anything I could complain about, then it'd have to be that they had created an account, so it was a slight inconvenience since you have to make a new account, logout the account that was made by Pbtech, to then remove said account. But, of course, I also understand why this was done, because the drivers and required software for the all the ordered parts were installed.

Ordered the build on a Friday - it was delivered next Tuesday. All set and ready to go on plug in. Excellent service. Only criticism was that in the confirmation email I received on the Friday, after payment, said the build would take 3 weeks. The website promo said 3 days.
