MINIX CP86-AA Wired Android Auto to Wireless Connection Dongle Stick converts wired CarPlay experience into a wireless one

Posting this review as its confirmation I wish I saw before I bought it. Confirm it worked seamlessly with my aftermarket Sony XAV-AX100. Feel like there is no difference or delay compared to connecting the phone via wired connection. Reconnects without issue on start up. Would recommend. The team at PBtech understood my issue (unreliable connectivity of my phone with my car's infotainment system) and suggested the unit as a solution. Works as advertised and very simple to setup. Now I have a fully functional wireless android auto connection. No more cables and no more glitches. A very handy dongle to have, this makes charging my phone easier as the USB port for my head unit has a lower output than my standalone port.

Only thing to watch for is the port staying active while the car is off - nothing to do with the dongle of course, but disconnecting is a pain if it stays active while in parked at home. Plugged it into to my Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and within a few seconds had wireless connection to Android Auto from a Samsung.
No sign of any delay, clipping or lag, and does exactly the job it was supposed to.
On-line ordering was fast, efficient and smooth.
Courier did the right thing when I was out and didn't leave the parcel as signature required.

This works great, I have a Samsung S24+ and Mitsubishi Outlander - connects quickly without delay. There is the odd occasion where it doesn't connect but that appears to be minimal. Had major issues with wired Android Auto that could not be resolved by customer support. This sorted out the issues. It does take a few seconds to come online, but that is minimal in the bigger scheme of things. Definitely recommend. This is a handy device, saves having a cable all the time, only when we need to charge. PB Tech was the only place we could find this type of device.
