Belkin BoostCharge 20K Power Bank - Black

I travel a lot and need to have my iPad Pro, 2 cell phones, satellite phone and other devices always charged. These Belkin 20,000 mAh chargers are easy to fit in my briefcase and do the job with USB-A and USB-C outputs. They charge quickly and give me peace of mind. The power bank itself looks solid and seems of great quality. It charges devices pretty quickly, being capable of simultaneously charging through the 3 ports.
I used it to charge an iPhone 11, an iPhone 13 Pro, and an Apple Watch 8 at the same time - and it worked perfectly.

However, I'm having some issues charging it. Although it is a USB-C device, it comes with a USB to USB-C cable in the box (10cm long). Nowadays, almost all chargers have USB-C connectors, so I had to dig for an old iPhone 11 brick to [try] charging it. I also tried a brand-new USB-C to USB-C cable I bought at PB Tech (a Momax cable) along with the Belking dual charger, and Apple's 15W fast charger, but the power bank doesn't even blink with these chargers.

This week I will try buying a new USB-C to USB-C cable. If that doesn't work, I will have to return the two power banks I bought.

We're about to head to Mexico for 3 weeks, and needed a power bank we could charge a couple phones, iPad, Kindle, etc., with.

This is that device 🙂 It's got a lot of capacity, I'm still stress testing it but I've charged an iPhone, iPad, and a keyboard with it and it still hasn't gone below 3/4 capacity from the factory charge.

I like that it has plenty of oomph; I've played with power banks before that don't supply sufficient curry to charge an iPad but this works fine.

About the only thing I'd provide as a "con" or cautionary tale is that it's large. As the portable power source in our relationship 🤣 that works fine for us, but it would not be ideal with my wife's travel bags. It fits with room to spare in the compartment in my XDDesign travel backpack.
