The first power bank I’ve ever owned and was surprised at the lack of information about this item. Wasn’t sure if I was charging the power bank or if it was trying to charge something but I eventually figured it out. If the number is flashing, it’s charging the power bank. I bought this power pack for my mum and she loved it. The best part of the product was definitely the lightning and USBC cables attached, as the user could charge both apple and android devices at the same time. You wont need to dig for different cables and make a mess especially if you were in the public e.g. on the bus. A short cable was also provided for charging the power pack. The LED display number in the corner was nice and big to see (and remember to charge) for elderlies. Its a good size, similar to a smart phone, and light for a 20k mAh power pack.
