I work mobile and use a Samsung Fold4 (awesome) and Logtech MX Keys Mini (lifechangingly good - buy one NOW) and wanted a powerbank to support the charging of these items. Love PB Tech and always, always buy from them first going back years.

Sadly, this product was dead out of the box. Bemused, I charged it fully overnight, like for 12 hours, but nothing. When I started to research what i could possibly be doing wrong, I found multiple reviews and online help requests from people for the same product which showed that this is a common problem straight from the factory. If I had read these reviews, I wouldn't have bought it, so I am posting this review to save you the same hassle. It seems to be old tech and on clearance prices, albeit still well over $230, so not something you can just throw in the bin and move on. If you find a reliable option with the same power rating, let me know, but don't buy this.
