Arlo Pro 3 2K Outdoor Wire-Free Security Camera with Floodlight

This product does what you would expect it to do. Video is clear and led light is very bright. Only thing is it is very heavy on battery use so either needs to be plugged into power using optional cable or you should think about getting the optional solar panel charger. Not sure of the detection range of the motion sensor though. Will only capture something if it is directly in front of the camera and hangs around for a good few seconds. Good value for an integrated 2k camera and bright floodlight. I was after a security camera to monitor the people coming and going from my property, I was also looking for a security light, lo and behold they have it all build into one. Really happy with it, has great quality video day and night, the siren and 2-way audio is awesome, especially if you just want to mess with your mates. You need to be closer to your hub to get good connectivity with these compared to the Ultra2.

Great product, works very well and the video quality is great. Light is nice and bright and lights up my whole front yard. Absolutely brilliant combo, easy installation. The solar keeps camera topped up 100% even on cloudy day. Flood lights great and perfect for our 1/8th section backyard. Colour night vision has been great to see the pesky cats in the neighbourhood stealing our cats food :-) the auto zoom function is brilliant. I purchased this with the solar panel and followed all the instructions to setup. I have mounted it in a position with a strong wifi connection on a dedicated 2.4GHz guest network.
What happens now is that every day it goes offline and stays that way. I need to take the camera down and reset it and then reconnect it. After doing this it works for a while and then stops working again. The technical support team have been good and suggested that I leave the camera in the cupboard next to the router overnight to see if it goes offline in that situation.

You can talk with people 2 way and also remotely turn on the siren.

Great clarity and easy set up. We got the solar charger too so don't have to worry about battery chargers. It is very good and a good price - we just need to dial down the number of alerts but it's a small price to pay for peace of mind Great clarity and easy set up. Footages extremely clear and love the light where you can choose time to have it on.
