Dual Detection for Comprehensive Security

This advanced security sensor combines Passive Infrared (PIR) and acoustic glass break detection in one device to offer wide-ranging indoor protection. The PIR sensor provides a detection range of up to 12 meters within an 85.9° angle and covers 52 zones, effectively identifying moving intruders. Meanwhile, the acoustic sensor detects the sound of breaking glass up to 8 meters away and within a broad 120° angle, ensuring that both unauthorized entry and forced window access are reliably monitored.

Pet-Friendly Design and Flexible Sensitivity Settings

Thanks to its 30kg pet immunity, this detector is ideal for households with small to medium pets, greatly reducing false alarms triggered by animals. PIR sensitivity can be set to Auto or Pet mode to tailor the response to your environment, while the glass break sensitivity is easily adjustable using a potentiometer. The device supports a range of glass types-including float, plate, tempered, wired, laminated, leaded, and double glazing-within thicknesses of 2.4mm to 6.4mm and sizes from 0.3m x 0.3m to 3m x 3m.

Enhanced Performance with Digital Processing

Equipped with digital temperature compensation and a robust white light filter (up to 6500lux), the sensor maintains high detection accuracy regardless of changing lighting or environmental conditions. Digital signal processing and sealed optics further help to minimize false alarms, while creep zone protection ensures no area is left unmonitored-even those close to the base of the device. These advanced features collectively deliver stable and reliable detection across diverse scenarios.

Easy Integration and Versatile Installation

Selectable end-of-line (EOL) resistors ensure easy compatibility with a wide range of security alarm panels, making integration straightforward. The sensor is powered by a 9-16 VDC wide voltage range with built-in polarity reverse connection protection, enhancing installation safety and flexibility. LED indicators (green for PIR, red for glass break, blue for alarm) provide clear visual feedback for device status, while the normally closed alarm output ensures robust interfacing with most alarm systems.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.
