High accuracy and real-time people counting based on AI algorithm, with statistic reports for further analysis, helps to make fast decisions on security management and increase the operational efficiency of the business.

Face Detection function detects human faces in the monitoring scene and captures the snapshots, which greatly enhances the monitoring efficiency and benefits the large population related industries such as public security, access control and business management.

Milesight AI 12X PTZ Bullet Network Camera offers the ability to fast and precisely rotate on a 360° pan and 75° tilt to survey a wide range of territory. The user can easily set up to 300 preset positions and up to 8 patrol routes and maximum 4 patterns of the manual operation paths. Moreover, the user is able to schedule specific PTZ tasks by date and time.

The starlight camera is able to deliver high detailed color images even in the low light environments reaching 0.002Lux (Color) or 0Lux (B/W), and near infrared light environments without any supplementary lighting. The IR LEDs technology has been upgraded to provide videos with a viewing range of up to 140m. Two LEDs on the top work as High Beam, while the other two on the bottom as Low Beam for better image clarity and quality regardless of the object distance. Also, the Low Beam and High Beam's brightness can be adjusted manually or automatically on the basis of the zoom ratio.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.
