9/10 Great chair.
Very comfortable and the adjustable parts are very nice.
Only downside is there's not a whole lot of space to hold my feet up and sit on the chair like a goblin due to the shape and size of the seat but that's not the chair's fault.

Very comfortable and the only chair I’ve had that I can use the lumbar support comfortably.
The padding on the seat does make it not as wide as most so it pays to try one in store before you buy to make sure you fit or be under the 100kgs recommended 😊

Great firm cushioning and full back support. I am happy with this chair, the only downsides I've found is that the armrests are a little loose and reclining mechanism is a bit wiggly but is not a huge deal. It seems well built and makes no creaking noises. Wheels glide nicely. Lots of adjustments and looks the part. I bought this chair at end of the year, and really haven't had a chance to use it to it's full capacity since I'm not back at work until later in Jan but overall the experience has been very good.

Going to the Manukau branch was the right move as I could see, touch and sit on the chair themselves whilst being advised by one of the excellent staff on how to choose the right chair.

For me, it was a good firm comfort for the sitting experience, full back support, adjustable lumbar and side arm rests that gave me the feeling it will be a good chair.

Some small assembly was required to put the chair together, but it was a no-brainer and pretty simple to get it all together.

I guess one particular downfall is that the max height isn't the same as my previous chair, but not a complete deal-breaker. I'm 182cm and this just meets the heigh I need to be sitting on the chair comfortably.

They are the most comfortable chairs we have owned, we placed a sheepskin on each one and they became even better.

I bought this chair as a gift for my friend and he absolutely loved it. It is so comfortable and definitely a great investment. The only issue we had was with delivery. Although we paid quite a bit for delivery, the delivery company would not deliver the chair as soon as it arrived in town and told us we would have to wait for a week and a half. I ended picking up the chair from the depot myself. Wish they had provided a collect from store option instead. I bought this chair as a gift for my friend and he absolutely loved it. This is the worst chair I've ever owned. I weight 64kg. Within a year, the vinyl started to crack and flake. The piston also became seized and now the height adjustment doesn't work.
