Seat isn't the most comfortable for anything longer than an hour of sitting, starts to feel a little too hard.
Back piece is comfortable.
Head rest may as well not be there, it sits too far back. I find myself almost looking at the ceiling at it's most forward point.

assembly wasn't easy but not tedious either; The height adjustment on the handle below the seat was a bit confusing but other than that, it's very comfortable to sit in. it allows for a wide range of customization between the neck rest and armrest. The chair is comfortable and it's handy having the coat hanger on the back. However the hydraulics stopped working very quickly, so when you sit in the chair and adjust the height, the chair instantly drops. I bought this chair on 30 Dec 2022 at PB Tech Tauranga and the chair simply doesn't do what I expected for the price - the lumber role is too high to support my spine, the chair only has one locking position (Loctek lied about two locking positions) and there isn't any shoulder support unless you already have rounded shoulders. This chair is what we used to call a secretarial chair - it forces the user to sit upright because any other position is uncomfortable (and can damage your spine). Tomorrow I'm going to go to another retailer to buy a chair (which I can test drive) which suits my requirements.

On the positive side, the seat is well cushioned.

Great quality for an affordable price. Very comfy seat base and back. Would be good if the greatest went slightly higher up but still supportive. Used for a month. Purchased this chair when it was on sale, easy to assemble and looks good. Has been sitting for a week. There is no lumbar support and the seat contour is not nice. Not ideal for long hour sitting.
