We previously owned a Panasonic rice cooker, so naturally bought this one on special. Only had it for a few weeks now and the cooker consistently produced lovely fluffy white rice. A great product. A rice cooker up to 5 cups is the best size for my family (2 children). Time is always useful to have freshly cooked rice on time for breakfast or dinner. A washable inner lid is also a good point. Recommend this rice cooker to anyone. After researching for days i decided to purchase this baby as it’s is compact affordable and has all the latest bells and whistles.

Because it’s the smaller cousin on the 10 cup poker it’s does now burn the edges when you do a 1 or two cup cook.

I have been using regularly for the last 15 days. Excellent outcome.

Excellent. Cooks rice much better than the last rice cooker I had. I tried making bread in it too just to see and it comes out ok, but has no crust. This is our second Panasonic Rice Cooker, the last one did 6 years and still works well though bowl is getting worn - and we make rice every day so very impressive!
The new model is amazing and a nice upgrade, the timer and different modes are fantastic. My wife is a Filipina so very fussy about rice! Makes perfect Jasmine Rice every time, and unlike the older one can successfully make even a single cup. Yes it is slow but totally worth the wait and not an issue!!
