BE WARNED: Intel overpowering issue effects high end intel chips
The I9-13900KF is great, but be warned it will start crashing. Intel has been overvolting CPUs in the 13th and 14th gen lineups causing massive instability which makes applications crash or your entire PC at worst. High end CPUs are the most affected by the issues, including the 13900KF.
If you're thinking of building a new PC, at time of writing go with a AMD CPU. They tend to be better than intel right now in terms of efficiency anyways. If you really want a Intel chip, wait for the 15th gen to release or look into buying a lower end chip.

My new build includes this cpu which has given me the performance I was looking for in a 2023 pc and the ability to handle all 4K encoding, geospatial 3D view and gaming tasks. Recommend as one of the best CPUs out there now

Pretty nice CPU
No need to pay extra if you got a good GPU, runs a lot of tasks at the same time. No bottleneck on RTX4090
