Awful, so thick it won't stick to CPU. Paste balls up at syringe nozzle, used a spreader, adheres better to the spreader. Perhaps I got old stock, however won't purchase this again. Good product for the price but not that easy to use. Too "pasty", difficult to spread and doesn't stick easily. But it was the first time I used this kind of paste and maybe there is a specific way to use it. Instruction would be welcome. Very high viscosity paste, I found it difficult to spread, it wanted to stick to the spreader more than the cpu. It hasn't got terrible thermals but it's far from cool. 44 degrees to 56 degress celcius at low load, lower than 3 percent. I wouldn't try spreed this thermal past I would just do the x or dot method on the cpu and leave it at that. I am using a cooler master hyper 212 I believe it is called.
