My smaller Ironwolf has been working without issue for over 4 years. This one was bought when a large Toshiba NAS drive I'd ordered from elsewhere arrived faulty. They were taking so long (elsewhere) that I bought this Ironwolf as I needed it for extra storage. Worked perfectly from the start, as it should. Have 2 of these mirrored for storage, they have excellent performance for read and write. If they've gone to sleep they take a fair while to spin up though. Have been replacing my NAS drives with these as the old ones fail - these are smaller which is handy. Can’t speak for lifespan yet, but a year in on my oldest one and I haven’t had any issues. Easily does 200-250 MB/s transfer speed but a couple of things:
1) As someone else said, it runs a bit warm. With no fan on it, it slowly crept up to 50 degrees. Not the worst in the world but if you want a long life make sure there is some airflow going over it.
2) High speed mechanical drive = noise. Expect more noise around, especially if you put it in a PC (like I did) that sits nearby. Not super loud but definitely adds a couple of Decibels to the room. I ended up selling it and went for an SSD instead. Easily does 200-250 MB/s transfer speed but a couple of things:

I bought two base Asustor NAS devices and added 2x 12TByte Seagate IronWolf drives, and 2x 1TByte SSDs, with 2x 500GB NVMe SSDs to provide Network<===>Drive caching and high speed local access supporting offsite cloned support.

The 2x 10Gbit ethernet ports and 2x 2.5Gbit ethernet ports can provide 20Gbit local aggregated support. The CPU is as one would expect for the price point but the 2x 10Gbit ethernet ports are exceptional value.
