I’ve been using the Xiaomi Smart Scale S400 for a while now. It looks great and feels solid. The app is easy to use and shows lots of details like weight, BMI, and body fat. It also connects quickly through Bluetooth, which is handy. The weight readings seem accurate, but the body fat and other numbers can change a bit each time you step on it. I think that’s normal for most smart scales, but if you want super precise measurements, this might not be the best choice. Works well and i use it everyday, happy with the product. Some metrics might be slightly off so use with a bit of caution and consult a health care professional. It’s a good product, but after I entered my personal details, it said it wouldn’t help me - I was too old! (I’m 82). So I lied about my age, and take its readings with a grain of salt. To be honest, I can’t really be bothered with all the statistical faffing about, but it’s good to record my weight day by day, and it’s a good-looking piece of kit. If you want to know your muscle-mass, fat percentage and so on, this is an affordable way to keep track. This scale is great; it provides so much useful information and is extremely easy to set up and use. Some information obviously isn't 100% correct but it's pretty hard to measure everything it offers with absolute certainty. For this price though it is perfect and I would highly recommend it! Works very well but can be a bit slow.
It's bare bones without using the Xiaomi app - which has lot's of good data about your health.
Looks nice for a scale - slimline & small footprint.
Hoping the battery life is good over time (3x AAA). Great but not perfect.
