First impression is its very very quiet compared to other fans (as soon as you turn off the obnoxious notification beeps with the app).

Four speed settings, the 1st two are quiet, but obviously setting this to max is going to cause noise. It's also a bit smaller than other standing fans, and shorter, but it's enough to poke over the top of a bed to blow air across it if desired. Also has an adjustable oscillation arc from something like 30 deg to 180 or so if that is your jam.

Google home integration is fairly poor, you can only use it to turn it on and off. This fan is great for any use but particularly at night. I have found it difficult to sleep with other fans due to the noise but this one is so quiet. It is reallyquiet, most quiet as compared to other high end products like Dyson and Shark of which I compared. Wifi connection is a breeze, and connection to Alexa made it so convenient to use. Purchased this fan due to a 3 year old Reddit comment - risky I know - however I am pleasantly surprised. Easy to assemble, connecting to wi-fi a bit finicky but eventually we got there. Totally usable without the app but so much more versatile with it.

The 'beep' of buttons when pressed is loud - but you can silence these in the app. There is also a 'child lock' on the app which disables the physical buttons - amazing feature with a curious 2 year old.

I've given this fan 5 stars for its basic manual performance. It's the best fan I've ever had and is completely useable on manual controls only. Yes, I would love to be able to use it through the app, unfortunately it refuses to connect (my phone does recognise it, but it won't connect to the Internet). I sent my first fan back to PB Tech who replaced it without question. Unfortunately, the replacement also would not connect to the Internet. As I have numerous Xiaomi devices running through the app, I'm taking responsibility for the fan not connecting and I suspect it might be a modem issue. Fan is very quiet with good fan strength. Great for at night in a bedroom. Breeze function is gentler than constant fan.
The two lengths if pole make it perfect for standing on floor or a cabinet. Base is sturdy.

Excellent fan and very quiet if you run it at half speed. Ideal for bedrooms etc.

I had to buy this fan after hearing about it on reddit. Easy to put together, even better when you connect it to the Xiaomi app. I can control it if im not home to keep my parrot comfortable. You can turn off the beeps on the app also, change the speed, direction etc. It's super quiet when it's on natural breeze or it's easy enough to sleep with it on the normal setting.
