This has been a wonderfully useful purchase, especially its laundry mode. The only downside was that there was NO Indication anywhere in the instructions or packaging that the internal HEPA filter was sealed in plastic. I only discovered this when I went to clean the filter. It turns out there are whole threads on X/Twitter about this problem with dehumidifiers/portable AC units etc.. It's bizarre, but with the wrapping removed, the device is working EXTREMELY well, highly recommended. Before purchasing this unit I did a lot of research of all types and performance of all makes and models of dehumidifiers. The local New Zealand sales people were VERY helpful at answering all my queries.
For what this claimed it could do it was by far the best value for money, seemingly comparable to units that cost up to four times as much.

I am glad it has a big tank as it is VERY efficient and can easily fill up, removing 5 litres of water from the air in our lounge, kitchen, dining area in about six hours.

Not only is the unit very quiet it warms the house slightly so don't need to use other forms of heating as much.

The whole unit is very heavy, thank goodness it's on wheels. Set up is easy however it is not so good at drying laundry as it advertises and it's not great at dehumidifying. So I'm back to using my older and more reliable dehumidifyer. I'd have returned it but I trusted the hype about it and threw away all the packaging during the setup. This is a pretty good dehumidifier. The best thing is inbuilt wifi that you can connect to with your smart phone. I added it to my Google Home and set it to start everyday at 3.00 AM. Easy to set up and use. Made such a big difference in our lounge which was cold along with wet windows. There is a timer and wifi option which I am yet to use, however handy to have when I do need it. Great product and does what it should. Easy to set up and use. I've had a good past experience with a well known branded dehumidifier and I was looking for another with a larger capacity, but given the expense thought I would give this one a shot as it had the capacity and features I needed, and wanted without the price tag.

So far no regrets.

It takes the edge of the cold enough for us to use the split air conditioning about 50% less and uses alot less power than the split conditioning does, so saving money there. Certainly less to no moisture on the windows. We have used it for laundry as well saving $$ on dryer use. App works well.

Doesn't seem to have a button for the swivel on the machine itself (activated via app) but other than that I have no problems. Well worth it for the price.

My bathroom used to be like a rainforest after shower due to the low ceiling and poor ventilation, after using the Olimpia dehumidifier it becomes dry as! 78% to 60% in just one hour! It works so quietly that you can ignore its existence. very happy with the purchase and fast delivery from PB tech too! great for value as it works just as good as expensive brands you can get from the market. Run for 3-4 hours each day and over half fills the container which I think is very good, not too noisy, just waiting for the power bill to see how much extra it will be. Better than buying an old used dehumidifier.. just about right for a big master bedroom. Might be a bit small for an open living area.. but been good dehumidifying the whole house (110m2) regardless of multirooms. Havent seen wet windows since.. i just wish it is quieter.
