Shark IZ102 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner with Self Cleaning

Love love love my new Shark IZ102 Cordless Vacuum!! I have a fluffy white dog and dark carpet (not the best combination). I got so sick of dragging out my big vacuum so I decided to go stick.......but which one? There as so many on the market, with Dyson dominating. I was not in the position to be able to afford a Dyson, and to be honest the reviews on them are inconsistent. The reviews on the Shark were all great so I took the plunge. We've only had this vacuum a few weeks but super happy. I have long hair that sheds a lot, so our previous vacuums have gotten super twisted up with my hair basically immediately -- but the roller on this one is still flawless. A bit of hair caught around the tiny wheels, but that's easier than trying to cut the whole roller free. The vacuum is easy to empty too, and I like that you just switch it on rather than having to hold a button down. We've only had this vacuum a few weeks but super happy. I bought the Shark just to complement an older corded vacuum, for spot-cleaning around my house. It turns out that the Shark has done such a good job that I have stopped using my old vacuum altogether. I am completely satisfied with the charge life, which gets me right around my 3 -bedroom home, and am surprised at how much extra grime is being collected especially from carpet and long-pile rugs. The Shark appears to be robust and well-designed, is easy to clean, and easy to add/remove attachments. I really enjoy the portable element and it's ideal for a quick clean or deep clean of the house though it will only last about 40 mins so might need a recharge depending on how long you run it.
Can also work well on in a car too. So far I would recommend it and I've been happy with our purchase over buying a Dyson. More affordable too.

Perfect! This Shark does a fantastic job at cleaning both the carpet and hardwood floor. Love this vacuum. We have long pile carpet and our previous vacuum didn’t pick up and hair or fluff so our carpet constantly looked dirty despite frequent vacuuming.
This vac is amazing!! Our carpet has never looked so clean and it gives those beautiful freshly vacuumed carpet lines. So satisfying.

This is actually my second Shark product, I already own their latest fan and was thoroughly impressed by its performance. That experience gave me the confidence to try their vacuum, and it definitely lives up to the same high standard.

This is an awesome stick vacuum, for a fraction of the cost the others are, The suction is strong and it allows for a booster mode if you feel like you need just a little more.
I have this same vacuum here in the USA and I bought this for my mum who lives in Papamoa. I want to say that this company it so fantastic, PBtech. As I was able to order the product in the morning and it was delivered to my mum that same day about 4-5 hours after the order was placed.

Super impressed with the price, the product and the simplicity of ordering and the fact it arrived that same day.

Really happy with the vacuum overall. Easy to use with basic features. Gets around 3 bedroom house with no problems.

Pros
- easily collects debris from both hardwood and carpet
- roller cleans itself
- large capacity
- hard floor and carpet settings work well for each surface

Cons
- a bit heavy but not unmanageable
- vacuum does not stand upright on its own, needs to be rested against a wall. No stand for charging
- no place to store extra attachments when not in use

Overall would definitely recommend for the price point Really happy with the vacuum overall. Easy to use with basic features. Gets around 3 bedroom house with no problems.
