I was having major buyer's remorse over my Sony earbuds, which were so uncomfortable, I could barely wear them for more than 90 minutes at a time.

These foam tips saved them for me: Now, I can wear them for the entire day in comfort, which is incredible.
The only downside is the value: For a few measly pieces of foam, they're quite pricey; and other people's reviews seem to suggest they'll break down very quickly, so I'm skeptical of how much value these tips will have long term. Time will tell, but for now this has proven an invaluable purchase. Used 4-5 times a week they haven't broken and are very comfortable. Not like typical stock tips and they feel more like disposable ear plugs, you roll the tip and insert into the ear. I struggle with earpods cause they never stay in my ears. With these I have no issues with them staying in my ears. They are very comfortable and fit well to the ears. I bought these to use with my Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 earbuds. The included silicone tips on those were terrible and the noise cancelling was pretty subpar. Once I changed the tips out for these the comfort, sound and noise cancelling ability improved drastically. Definitely recommend getting the assorted to figure out exactly which tips fit you. I needed to use one small on my left ear and one medium on my right ear. They were a little tough to fit on the earbud holes. It felt like I was going to break them, but they do fit and haven't had any issues with them popping off or anything.

I use my WF-1000XM4s heavily for the gym and the stock tips caused so many issues with falling out of my ears despite using different sizes. These tips stopped that completely and now I get a nice airtight fit. Wasn't really sure what size I needed so great to be able to get a mix pack. Of course, it then means you've got some extra ones that don't fit but not too much you can do about that I guess.
